How Microsoft has impacted my life and how I plan to bring a change to the society being a Microsoft Student Associate?
Hello everyone,
This is Vishal Sharma – a programmer,
an engineer(in making), a technocrat. Currently, I am pursuing B.Tech. in CSE
from JIIT Noida. I love programming. I have learnt c and c++. I like learning
new things specially when it comes to computer science. I have excellent
communication and managerial skills. I am passionate about Microsoft
technologies and My goal is to be a part of software development team at
Microsoft.Impact of Microsoft in my life
Microsoft has been a leading
performer in almost all divisions of computer science. Microsoft has impacted
all aspects of life be it education, entertainment or business.
Its products include -
Windows Server operating systems,
Windows Azure, Microsoft SQL Server, Windows In-tune, Windows Embedded, Visual
Studio, System Center products, Microsoft consulting services, and Premier
product support services. The company's Online Services division offers online
information and content, including Bing, Bing Ads, and MSN.
Windows is the most widely used
operating system in the world, it is used by most business, academic
institutions (such as schools and universities) and homes. In my opinion,
windows is the most user friendly operating system. There are many different
versions of windows out there to fulfil the needs of every user.
Microsoft Business division provides
software and online services, such as Microsoft Office system consisting of
Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Exchange, Lync, Yammer, and Microsoft Office
project and office Visio.
Microsoft office has became an
indispensable part of education since
education is preparing people for the real/professional world. And in the real
world, over 90% of business use this software to get the job done. I must
mention here that Microsoft Office Word and powerpoint has been one of my best
friends.
Microsoft has contributed largely to
Entertainment and Devices offering products and services designed to entertain
and connect people. Its products include Xbox entertainment platform, Skype and
Windows Phone.
In just a small period of four years,
windows phone has acquired a great share of the market because of its lag free
OS and elegant GUI competing with the all time favorites android and IOS.
How I plan to bring a change to the
society being a Microsoft Student Associate
I have been programming since I was
in 11th standard, and I just love it. By now, I have learnt C and
C++ and I want to learn other major programming languages. Microsoft has always been a motivation for me
to learn new things and develop. It’s a name that people trust.
Today, Computer Science Technology
has revolutionized the world and have changed the way people live. It has made
our lives simpler and easier. But still a large no. of people are unaware about
the numerous benefits that technology provides us. And hence they pull
themselves away from the arms of technology. Reasons being whether unawareness
or a belief that its out of their reach. I want to make people believe that
technology is the easiest thing to adapt and Being a Microsoft Student
Associate, I can do it in a better way.
